Villa Leonessa is a private estate set on the western shore of Lake Como, one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the world. It is the perfect location for events, photo and video shootings. The Villa was built in the early ‘40s by the architect Pietro Lingeri, one of the key architects in Italian Rationalism. Due to its great artistic and architectural value, Villa Leonessa has been classified as an historical monument by the Italian Ministry of Culture.

Perfectly integrated with its surrounding landscape, Villa Leonessa is spacious inside and out. Guests enjoy a beautiful harmony of architecture and landscape- nature and design. Easily accessible by land or by boat, and strategically located only 10 miles from the highway to Milan and Switzerland, Villa Leonessa is the ideal property for exclusive private events. In front of the Villa there are two spacious parking areas and, for those arriving by lake, are two nearby marinas where it is possible to berth private or charter boats.
