Villa Stellare is the ideal place to discover the splendor of Tuscany! Located in the heart of Chianti, the picturesque Tuscan landscape of green hills dotted with olive trees, vineyards and centuries-old cypress trees is right outside your door.
The village of Tavarnelle, with several good restaurants and shops, is less than two miles away (15-20 minutes). The villa has seven finely furnished bedrooms, two living rooms, a dining room and kitchen. Meticulous and detailed restoration has retained many of the original architectural elements and recreated the ancient atmosphere of this noble family home. At the same time, modern conveniences such as air conditioning and windows with built-in screens, assure your comfort all summer long. Surrounding the villa are lovely furnished seating areas in the garden, a large stone terrace with arbor and covered outdoor dining area and swimming pool with a stone deck.
Experience the life of Bella Toscana. Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra are within easy reach. There are many interesting country roads to explore and breathtaking vistas to enjoy. This area is great for cycling or riding motorbikes or scooters, all are available from rental agencies nearby the Villa. If tennis is your passion, a clay court is located at a private villa adjacent to the property and is available for guests to use.

GROUND FLOOR (SLEEPS 2)
Dining Room – A grand dining room table, three meters long (with the possibility of an extension to 4.5 meters, seating 12-20 persons), comfortable chairs, sideboards and antique wooden cupboards graciously furnish this room. An impressive fireplace decorates one entire wall. To further enhance the magic, all the dishes and plates are embossed with the owner’s family crest.
Kitchen – Well equipped, with professional stoves, an industrial dishwasher, double refrigerator and a marble topped table. A BBQ is located just outside the kitchen door.
Double bedroom with two twin beds (can be joined as a double), bathroom with tub/shower
Extra bedroom with twin beds– simpler in decor than the rest, but perfect for children is located behind the kitchen and has its own en-suite bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR (SLEEPS 11+1)
Two Living Rooms – On the upper floor of the villa are two large and beautifully bright living rooms with hand-made terracotta floors, one with a magnificent stone fireplace. The Tuscan sun shines gloriously through the enormous arched windows and you can thoroughly relax on comfortable sofas and or armchairs.

POOL & GROUNDS
Swimming pool (50 x 22 ft, depth 4 - 4.5 ft).
The large pool is next to the villa and completely fenced, with a lockable gate for safety.
Pool area – furnished with comfortable lounge chairs and surrounded by rambling roses, an olive grove and two hectares of lawn and yellow flowering broom.
Gazebo – next to the pool is a lawn with a splendid gazebo covered in vines. The gazebo has chairs and a table offering refreshing shade.
In the warm weather months you can comfortably eat outdoors, under the large gazebo. An enormous table and chairs for 20 persons welcome you to the courtyard.
Changing cabin – with outside shower and a refrigerator in which to keep drinks cool
Exclusive Pool Use – There is a small cottage on the same property that can be rented independently. However, Casa Marta guests do not have access to the pool. Pool use is exclusive to Villa Stellare guests unless, of course, both properties are rented by the same party.
Cellared here are barrels of the estate’s Chianti DOCG red wine and bottles of olive oil. Guests are welcome to try the production wine and oil. Enzo, an expert both, can advise and guide you.
