As you pass through its gates, it's as if time itself has taken a leisurely pause. The villa's exterior remains true to its roots as a traditional wine-making facility, while inside, a contemporary renovation offers a striking contrast. With three stories to explore and space for 8 guests, plus a separate annex perfect for weddings or large celebrations, Villa Maude promises a delightful blend of old-world charm and modern comfort.

  • The villa is located in a tranquil outskirt area only a 5 minute drive from the town

  • The beach establishments and Taormina are 30 minutes away

  • Location is ideal for those guests whom want to spend time relaxing at the house, touring this old wine region or visiting the eastern side of Sicily

Security Deposit & Notes

  • Security Deposit: €1,500 to be held at the agency

  • Supplement for late arrival (after 7:00 pm): €100 to be paid at arrival

  • No check-in accepted after 10:00 pm

  • Pets not allowed

  • Washing machine at guests’ disposal

  • Caretaker lives on the premises, privacy of the guests is guaranteed

  • Check-in: between 4:00 pm–7:00 pm

  • Check-out: before/by 10:00 am

  • The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

  • All extra services must be paid locally, prior to departure, unless otherwise arranged
