This beautiful, spacious modern villa has fantastic panoramic lake views and a swimming pool, and is located just ten kilometers north of Menaggio, near the famous Golden Triangle of Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna. Villa Crema is perched on a hillside and set in a peaceful location with close proximity to the lake.
From the villa the beach is less than a half-mile downhill walk, there you will find an excellent local pizzeria and fish restaurant. A grocery shop is just under a half mile from the house. Frequent car and passenger ferry services connect Menaggio to Bellagio and Varenna and there is bus service to cosmopolitan Como. A surf school is located in the nearby village of Cremia. The area is wonderful for hikers, mountain bikers and golfers. The nearest golf course is in Menaggio (16km) and there are five more near Como and in Lugano.
The property is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden and patio with breathtaking views of Lake Como and the Alps.
Being on different levels, this property is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.
Parents with young children must be aware that the pool is not fenced. Otherwise, it is a great villa for families with kids.
