At the end of white unpaved road, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, south of Siena, just outside the charming borgo of Sarteano is Villa Benessere, a 18th century farmhouse, now converted into a high tech luxury villa of the highest quality.

Located between Val di Chiana and the Val d’Orcia, Villa Benessere is the perfect location to explore Montepulciano, Chiusi, Pienza, Montalcino, Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni and many other places of timeless charm. Sarteano, with its old medieval town walls, is just ten minutes away.

GROUND FLOOR

  • Reading room with garden view

  • Living room with fireplace and dining area with a long rectangular table which can seats 16 to 20 people.

  • Two bathrooms.

  • Spacious professional kitchen opening towards a courtyard featuring BBQ and a shaded area for al fresco dining.

FIRST FLOOR

  • Suite West features a sitting room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.

  • Suite East consists of a spacious sitting room with study area.

  • Double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both communicating with a bathroom with shower.

SECOND FLOOR

  • Four junior suites, all with large panoramic windows, sitting/TV area and ensuite bathroom with shower.

COTTAGES

  • The two cottages each sleep 2 people and open towards a patio.

  • Please note that these two accommodations although very comfortable and fully equipped, are simpler than the other bedrooms and bathrooms located in the main villa. To ensure full privacy the Cottages can be rented only together with the villa.

  • Cottage 1 - Wheelchair accessible: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower), living room - TV WiFi

  • Cottage 2 - 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower), living room - TV WiFi

ANNEX

  • Next to the house is the annex with laundry, external covered gym and wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area with beds and a massage area.

GROUNDS

  • Pool, Tennis court, Bowling Green, Shaded car parking 100 meters from the house and other shaded parking areas close to the house. Fenced property.

  • Twenty-five acres of land with olive trees, vines and cypresses surround the garden with fascinating panoramic views.

  • Large infinity pool with Roman steps

  • Travertine-paved sunbathing area, equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds, tables, a hammock protected by large umbrellas.

  • Shaded parking area is about 100 meters from the house plus a large shaded parking area in front of the house.

  • Breakfast from Monday to Sunday, 8:30-10.30, service and food included

  • Maid service, from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM (or other 3-hour time frame - except during the weekend when cleaning can only take place from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM)

  • Change of linen every Saturday, bath and pool towels every morning

  • Water for the first day and bottles of water in the mini bar

  • Internet connection

  • Wine tasting from the estate based on sommelier availability

Supplementary

  • Breakfast extra requests (international food, like salmon, packaged free of gluten food …)

  • City tax: 3,00 € per person per night. Children under 11 do not pay.
