Security Deposit & Notes

Security deposit: €2,500 to be held by CC the property upon arrival (AmEx and Diners NOT accepted)
Late arrival fee (after 7:00 pm): €120 – No arrivals are accepted after 10:00pm
Check-in: between 4:00 pm–7:00 pm
Check-out: by 10:00 am
The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 - €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location)
All extra services must be pay locally, prior to departure unless otherwise arranged
