Nestled in nature and offering rare direct access to the sea, Villa Iberia is a luxurious two-story villa featuring spacious terraces and gardens. With a total area of 200 square meters, it comfortably accommodates 12 guests and is located near Cantone beach, a charming holiday resort on the Amalfi Coast. The villa boasts a 500 square meter outdoor space with an infinity pool that offers hydro-massage seating and panoramic views of the sea. A ground-floor terrace equipped with a dining table, BBQ and wood-fired oven and an upper-floor terrace can also be enjoyed. Inside, the villa features a panoramic living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board. Access to the villa is through the main gate or via lift or staircase.

The spacious and panoramic living room is divided into a seating area, with a 55” satellite TV and three elegant sofas, and a dining area with a large table. The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, small wine cellar, ice maker, dishwasher, moka pot, toaster and kettle. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace with BBQ and wood-fired oven. Finally, the laundry room includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
