This luxuriously restored farmhouse is set on the edge of a small town. The stone facades of the main and outer buildings are those of a traditional country estate. Inside, discover a contemporary renovation that offers elegance and comfort.

The well-equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream. The vast open-plan living room is surrounded by windows and is accented by a grand piano. This house is ideal for couples, as most bedrooms include en suite bathrooms. For extended families, the guest wing offers flexibility and additional privacy. Across the courtyard, an artist studio can be used as an extra bedroom.

While one side of the property adjoins the town (and convenient services), the main views from the house extend across private gardens and open countryside. Best of all is its close proximity to Catalunya’s star attractions – Girona (5 minutes drive), the Costa Brava, Figueras, and the Pyrénées. Barcelona is only an hour south.

Main house, north wing:

• 1 queen bedroom (160cm)
• 1 twin bedroom (twins, 90 cm, can be joined as king)
• 1 bathroom with tub

Studio annex across courtyard:

• 1 queen bedroom (160cm) with kitchenette, sitting area, en-suite bathroom (shower).

Please note, we do not  recommend Mas Rufina for young children. There are low-charge electric fences on the grounds to manage the animals. There are open staircases and an open mezzanine, as well as a display of fragile glass objects.
