This superb villa is set in the Acedia valley of Casares, surrounded by lush countryside and fantastic mountain views. Ths villa has 4,198 square feet of living space and the property is totally private, with its own pool, ample parking and air-conditioning throughout.

There are many shops and restaurants in the area, as well as golf courses. Casa Pajari is just five kilometers (just over three miles) from the charming village of Casares and only fifteen minutes from the coast. Gibralter is 40 minutes, and the Malaga airport is just over an hour. Windsurf in Tarifa or paraglide in Sotogrande. Travel inland to visit Ronda, with its incredible gorge, and Jerez, famous for its sherry bodegas and Spanish dancing horses.

Access to the property is via electronic gates and a wide concrete driveway which leads to the house and its surrounding terraces.

Ground floor:

• Main entrance into a large hallway, leading to the kitchen and dining area. French doors open to a covered terrace furnished for al fresco dining.
• Down from the hallway is a large open plan lounge with fireplace and French doors leading to a covered terrace with additional seating.
• To the left of the hallway there is access to the TV lounge, with open fireplace, which leads to the master bedroom suite.
• Master bedroom suite: Small lounge area (could double as child's bedroom), large bathroom/dressing area with jacuzzi and outside terrace. Steps lead up to the master bedroom, with balcony and views over the valley.
