Finca Vivienda is a lovely home in the hills behind the coast, with a panoramic view toward Estepona and the sea. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet the bustle and fun of the coast is within easy reach. Estepona is only 3km away, with many shops and restaurants — a cross between the modern, busy, upscale coastal towns of the Costa del Sol and the Old Spanish "white villages.". Nearby are many athletic activities including excellent golf, tennis, horseback riding, swimming, and sailing. Wonderful long walks can be taken in the hills surrounding the finca.

The villa is ideally located to explore Andalucia. Visit Gibralter or the famous hilltowns of Gaucin and Ronda. Explore Marbella and Puerto Banus, with exclusive shops and restaurants. Discover small villages with inexpensive local restaurants. Seville is 2.5 hours; Malaga and Jerez de la Frontera are 1.5 hours.

As soon as you enter the house, you are struck by the warmth and comfort of a real home. The living space is on the upper entrance level and the bedrooms are below.
