Linens (including pool towels), utilities (except heat), maid service twice a week, daily pool and garden maintenance and final cleaning included. Welcome Food Basket on arrival. Firewood is included in the winter months. 2 cell phones are provided for local calls only. .

Local head tax due in cash in Euros upon arrival. Extra maid service €15/hr. Cook available on request. Experienced driver with a van who provides airport transfer or can take guests on day trips.

$1,000 for the main house; $500 for the apartment, payable by check to Doorways and refunded a month after your stay less any damages or unpaid fees.

The West Wing Apartment is rented separately only when the American owners are in the main house. Guests who rent the villa without the apartment will have private use of the property.
