Piccola Casa is situated on the edge of a medieval village just 5 km from Spoleto, famous for its well preserved environment. These comfortable apartments with their traditional and charming furnishings and quiet atmosphere are the perfect home base for exploring the treasures of Umbria.

Piccola Casa is separated into two apartments that have the same layout (see floor plan). The two aparments are under the same roof but are separate for privacy. Although the apartments can sleep up to 18 people, we typically recommend it as a four bedroom property.

Ground floor (sleeps 4+2):

• Living space with fireplace, pull-out sofa, and kitchenette
• 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower

Loft Area (sleeps 3): Above each of the bedrooms and living rooms is a loft area with a twin bed. All of the loft areas are accessed by spiral staircases.

The owner has a degree in artistic heritage preservation and can organize guided walks so that guests who visit Umbria may enjoy the art and culture that this area has to offer.
