Linens, utilities (except heat and phone), mid-week cleaning (Wed), final cleaning, WiFi Internet access.

Heat and telephone are metered. Additional maid service/laundry service & babysitting is €15/hr. Extra set of towels is €15/hr. Extra set of sheets is €20/set. Additional services upon request at an extra fee: cook services, cooking classes, guided tours.

€500 due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.

For bookings of 2 or 3 weeks a 10% discount applies on the rental cost of the 2nd and 3rd weeks. Please inquire for discounts on rentals over 3 weeks.
