Villa dell' Angelo is a typical Tuscan villa with spectacular views. The villa is part of a property of more than eighteen acres of woods and olive groves. Located halfway between Florence and Lucca, the villa is within an hour's drive of Pistoia, Pisa, and the Versilian Riviera. The property is convenient to the fashionable town of Montecatini Terme as well as being near six 18-hole golf courses, a famous spa and numerous vineyards and typical trattorie. Siena and San Gimignano are an hour and a half from the villa.

Villa dell' Angelo is located on the same estate as Villa Roncovisi. The two villas can be rented together for large groups of up to 29 guests.

Ground floor:

• Spacious lounge-dining room seats up to 14p and has a large 15th century fireplace with lounges and armchairs; view of the garden and pool as well as looking up to the old town of Monsummano Alto.
• Large sitting room with armchairs and double sofabed
• Spacious eat-in Tuscan kitchen with fireplace, antique-style oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee machines, ice machine

Second floor:

• 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom with Turkish bath/shower and a lovely view up to Monsummano Alto, which is lit at night
• 1 double bedroom (red), slightly smaller, with a view over the valley, olive groves, woods and pool
• 1 double bedroom (blue) with twin beds (joinable on request)
• 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower with light and aroma therapy; this bathroom is shared by the red and blue bedrooms and can be entered from either bedroom.

All the upstairs bedrooms have antique cotto floors and beams, which have been restored with taste and care by the owners.

Grounds:

• Pool (8 x 16 meters) with large hydromassage area for 8p; furnished with teak tables, chairs, umbrella and lounge chairs; illuminated at night
• Changing room below the pool with 2 showers and a bathroom
