fee is €100. Extra bed (sofa bed in the studio) is €150.

payable by check to Doorways and refunded a month after your stay; €120 due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damage or unpaid
fees. For monthly rentals, security deposit is $650 to Doorways/€180 on arrival. Total deposit due on arrival = €220 cash for weekly rentals.
Notes
For security reasons the fireplace can not be used.
Upon request and approval of owner, a late arrival is possible between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm for an extra fee of €50.
