Utilities
are metered with a bonus of € 50. Guests will pay only the amount exceeding €50. Due at check-in: final cleaning fee € 220 and utility deposit € 350 for heat/air conditioning, plus security deposit (see below). Additional bed on request for €300. Crib on request for € 100. Additional services available upon request: cook, car transfers, extra maid service and laundry service.
