This stately villa is set in a garden of Cica palms on the road to Ispica. It sits in a sunny position in a residential neighborhood (not isolated) and is an ideal starting point for excursions to Modica, Siracusa, Noto, and other splendid baroque towns you won't want to miss. A grocery store and a wonderful restaurant serving authentic Sicilian cuisine are conveniently located within walking distance, and a full range of services is available in nearby Modica. 
  
This elegant patrician home dates back to the end of the 19th century and is surrounded by beautiful, well-maintained gardens. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh herbs and vegetables from the kitchen garden. In back of the house is a large swimming pool (can be closed off for safety if there are small children) and a solarium-terrace that invites relaxation.

Inside, the villa is furnished with style and charm, "in the grandmother old style."
