Extras
Heat and electicity are metered; €.30 per Kwh. Final cleaning is €80. Extra bed is €70/wk;100/wk in August. Baby cot is €40/wk. High chair is €20/wk. Mid-week cleaning is also available at an extra fee. Late arrivals are possible between 8pm and midnight for an extra fee of €25.

€300 due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.
