Set in a garden of lemon, olive, and cypress trees, Uliveto is a comfortable and beautiful small two-bedroom house with spectacular views of the sea and the town of San Remo. Uliveto is three miles to La Pigna, the old town of San Remo. San Remo, known as the flower capital of Europe, is a lively town with a famous casino, international shopping, beaches, wonderful restaurants, discos, and other night time attractions.

The house is situated less than a quarter of a mile from the autostrada, so visitors are about an hour from Nice airport, 20 min. from Monte Carlo, and 1 hour from Genoa. Beaches are close by, as is a swimming pool, golf, boating, sailing, tennis, horseback riding, markets, and hiking. Drive to all of the marvelous hilltop medieval towns, such as Ceriana, Bajoardo, and Realdo and Verdeggia easily on day trips into the mountains through fields of magnificent wild flowers. It is possible to explore the French Riviera and Monaco as well as all the other beautiful towns of the Italian Riviera and Cinqueterre.

This small house has a living room, an eat-in kitchen, one bedroom (with a queen-sized bed and a single bed), a second bedroom with twin bedrooms, one big bathroom (with two sinks, bidet, WC, shower and washing machine), and a second bathroom with a WC and sink only. There is an extra single bed that can be in the living room or in the twin-bedded room. Furnishings are simple, but adequate for a vacation stay. A large terrace, with its table, chairs, and deck chairs, looks onto the garden and sea. There is a private parking area included. A car is necessary to reach San Remo which is 3 km downhill.
