Linens (changed midweek), utilities (except heat; a/c is included), 8 hrs/daily housekeeping Mon-Sat, final cleaning, wireless internet, first dinner.

Heat is metered; €300/wk heating deposit due on arrival. €300 for advance grocery shopping; required. Telephone is metered and can be used for local calls; €15 for User ID and password for interenet access (WIFI). No other types of calls, and no other means of Internet access are permitted on the house phone. To make long distance calls within Italy or international calls, a cell phone with pre-paid card can be provided on request. A porter service is available to help with your luggage but must be arranged in advance; this service is available 4-6 pm only. Chef services available on request. One extra bed is €400 per week; crib is €100.

$1,000 payable by check to Doorways in advance and returned a month after your stay; €300 due on arrival and returned when you depart less any damage or unpaid fees.
