This chic apartment is located on a hill above Rapallo, within walking distance from the bustling city, where you will find dsigner boutiques, inviting seafood restaurants, and picturesque beach and harbor lined with elegant yachts. From here, one can take a ferry to Portofino, S. Margherita, or to the Cinqueterre. One can walk down into the town in 5-10 minutes, but the walk uphill would be more strenuous and the shuttle bus would be the better option.

From the house to the town of Rapallo is a 10-minute walk downhill. Offering a splendid view of the Portofino peninsula, Vista Baia offers a peaceful retreat, far from the crowds, with its own private (furnished) terrace garden and beautiful sea view from the house and garden. This is a wonderful place for relaxing, with good access to all of the Italian Riviera as well as the hiking paradise of the Cinqueterre.

Enter the spacious apartment into an L-shaped air-conditioned living room, with beautiful vistas and with sliding glass doors that open onto a garden shaded by olive trees and scented with jasmine, where a swing invites you to linger and enjoy the view. Inside, the apartment is bright and airy, with vibrant sea colors and whitewashed walls throughout. The comfortable furnishings are modern in design. There is a small dining area in an alcove with an interesting curved wall, and the well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher and microwave.

The apartment has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms (beds can be joined, if desired) and one single bedroom, with its own entrance from the garden. There are three bathrooms, two with bathtubs and one small, simple bathroom with a shower. Other amenities include TV (Italian channels), washing machine, and a telephone for incoming calls.

Vista Baia is located in a condominium building with an elevator and private parking garage. A shuttle goes into town and back four times a day, making Visa Baia a great choice for guests who would like to be car-free; however, we highly recommend that elderly guests and guests with walking or heart problems rent a car.
