The Arco della Pace is located very close to the famous Piazza Navona and the Pantheon in the heart of ancient Rome. The location simply could not be better! Guests can see most of the ancient sights of Rome on foot, shop mornings at the open-air market at Campo dei Fiori or sip cappuccino at one of the outdoor cafes lining the famous piazza. It is an area overflowing with appealing, small restaurants. It is also near public transportation or taxi stands for visiting the Vatican, catacombs or to the nearby area of Lazio surrounding Rome to Ostia Antica – the archaeological site of ancient port of Rome and to Hadrian’s Villa just to name a few. The bright and cheerful apartment is a studio apartment that is small but because of the relatively high ceilings, it feels spacious, fresh and clean. It is located on the third floor of an elevator building, however since it is on a mezzanine level, guests will climb down 12 steps from the elevator, so it is not handicapped accessible. This studio apartment comfortably accommodates a couple or two good single friends. The largest room is an L-shaped living / sleeping room with a queen-bed and a sofa that can convert into sleeping for two more and a kitchenette with table with four chairs. We recommend the apartment for two people only, but it is nice to know that a child or an overnight guest could be accommodated. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with pots and pans, dishes and utensils, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and a shower. A clothes washing machine is concealed in a closet. For storage there are shelves and another closet. Amenities include air conditioning, WiFi Internet access and TV with some English language channels. Arco della Pace is located in the same building as the Navona Apartment; together, the two apartments can accommodate 6+2 guests.
