Linens and final cleaning are included.

Heat, electricity and air conditioning are metered. Parking is extra (but a car is not necessary and not advised). Additional cleaning is €10/hr. There is a new head tax for all accommodations in Rome, beginning January 2011; the tax must be paid in cash when you check in.

€300 due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.
