Concierge: An English-speaking local host will meet you on arrival/departure day to help you settle in. She can be reached by phone during your stay. Prior to arrival, she can arrange tours, excursions and other services (which is not included in the price of the rental).
Welcome Lunch or Dinner: Arrival time must be set at least 2 weeks ahead of time to guarantee this service. The dinner is served and food and beverages are included.
Chef: The cook is available 6 hours per day (from 10am to 4pm), 6-7 days per week. The cook prepares lunch and is also available to prepare a light dinner but will not serve dinner. Any additional hours will be charged at €20/hr.
Maid Service: Available 6 hours per day (from 9am to 3pm), 6-7 days per week. Change of linens and towels twice a week. Any additional hours will be charged at €15/hr.
Property Manager: A property manager is available during the day.
Transfer Service: Available to/from the villa on arrival and departure days (any other transfer will be extra).
Grocery Shopping : Clients should provide us with the grocery shopping list at least 3 weeks prior to arrival. The service is included but the cost of the food is not.
Other Services: Linens, final cleaning , A/C and WiFi Internet are included.

If chef services are used, food, beverages and wine are not included. Advanced grocery shopping is available on request. Telephone is metered. Laundry service is €15 per hour and is dependant on the availability of the staff, preferably on Monday and Wedesday. Extra maid service is €20 per hour.

The first part of the security deposit is €2,000 and is to be wired with the final balance for the first week and an additional €1,000 for each extra week. The remaining part of the security deposit is $3,250 and is collected by check by Doorways. Security deposits will be returned after the stay less any unpaid fees or damages.

Private access to the public beach is little used by others since the only access to it is from the sea or the tower. Arrival at the house is only available via boat or on foot across a stone beach. Parking at public car-park in Positano is available (about 15 minutes by boat from the villa). Taxi-boat service is available 24/7 from the main beach; please inquire.
The apartment of the housekeeper is located on a lower level , on the same property, and has an independent entrance. The privacy of the guests is guaranteed.
