La Ginestra offers a combination of privacy and convenience. Nestled along the Amalfi coastline, the villa offers stunning views, a salt water swimming pool, and a spacious and well-appointed interior. The location, away from the congestion of towns and villages, is ideal for those who want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday but also to visit destinations like Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum, and others. Grocery shops, banks, post offices, bars, restaurants, and other facilities can be found in Maiori town centre, just four kilometers from the villa. There is a bus stop near the front gate from which you can travel all along the coast, as well as ferry and hydrofoil service to Capri, Positano, Naples, and Salerno.

Situated on a rocky outcropping that overlooks the sea, La Ginestra is surrounded by pines and olive trees. Mediterranean vegetation cascades from the villa down to the sea. The villa is reached from the main coastal road and has its own private driveway, with shaded parking places for up to three cars.

The interior of the stone building is exceptionally inviting. Furnishings balance antique and modern. Floors are terracotta. The spacious and attractive living room is furnished with white sofas, wicker armchairs, and a dining area with a table that seats eight comfortably. French windows open onto a terrace outfitted with comfortable garden furniture. The living spaces offer panoramic views of the sea, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

The bedrooms at La Ginestra are decorated with attention to detail, each with its own private bathroom. One twin bedroom (joinable beds) has an en suite bathroom with tub, and another twin (not joinable) has a bathroom with shower just off the hallway. The spacious master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub. A third twin bedroom (joinable beds) has an adjacent bathroom with tub.

Outside, a large terrace is adorned with flowering plants and outdoor furniture ideal for dining al fresco or relaxing while enjoying the enchanting views. A beautiful salt water swimming pool (6 x 14 m.) offers uninterrupted views of the azure sea and the Amalfi coastline. Sunbathe on a chaise lounge by the pool, or relax in the shade of the cane pergola. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience.

Because there are unguarded terraces and drops at the property, we do not recommend this property for families with young children. For larger groups, La Ginestra can be rented with La Sovrana, located along the same private drive.
