Includes	Linens,pool towels, utilitlies (except heat) and maid service (2 hrs/day;Tues and Thurs) included.
Extras	Final cleaning is €80. Heat is metered with a €5 minimum per unit. Heat deposit of €200 due upon arrival (plus €100 per mansard). Crib is available for €100/wk. Cell phone available at an extra fee. ADSL Internet connection with PC and printer is €40/wk. Tennis court rentals upon request (€15 /hr; €20/hr evenings). Extra set of bath towels €6. Extra set of bed linens: €10. Extra maid service: €15/hr. Additional services (cooking lessons, chef services, cleaning, grocery shopping, babysitting) available on request.
Security Deposit	$1,200 (plus $500/mansard) payable by check to Doorways and refunded a month after your stay; €500 (€200/mansard) due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.
Notes	Pool opening dates: May 26 - September 21. Upon request and approval of the owner, a late arrival is possible between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm for an extra fee of €50.
