Villa sul Lago is the perfect place to relax in luxury and enjoy the attractions of the Lake District. Located between Arona and Stresa, the estate is part of a gated community that is far from the bustle of the lakeshore road. The villa is surrounded by twenty acres of lush gardens planted with native flowers, fruit trees and aromatic herbs. All of the essential amenities and services (restaurants, cafés, supermarket, patisserie, post office, bank, hair dresser and bus stop) are available in (10 minute) walking distance. Newly restored, Villa sul Lago is a spacious house wiht bedrooms, bathrooms and most of the living space all on one level, making it wonderful for guests with walking difficulties. Interiors offer traditional Italian elegance with a modern twist. The end result is chic, calm and comfortable. In addition to the pooland private dock, there are bikes, canoes, and a sailboat for guests to use. You can even arrange an excursion with the owner on his private five-seat helicopter, or a cruise on his 15-meter vintage sailboat or 12-meter vintage motorboat. The friendly English-speaking owners live in another house in the same property, about 50 meters from the villa. They are eager to welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible, available to provide insider information and emergency help, while respecting your privacy.
