The Renata Apartment is a luxury accommodation in a residential complex of four buildings on seven acres on the southwest bank of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is located in a building of six units: three are on the ground floor, two are on the second floor (including Renata), and one is on the upper floor. Grounds are well maintained, with mature trees and shrubs. Each unit has private parking.

Midway between Stresa and Arona, the location offers a variety of sights and activities. Explore mountains, lakeshore villages, markets and spas; or cross the border into nearby Switzerland. Visit the Borromean Islands, with magnificent gardens, exotic birds and ancient fishing villages. There is wonderful hiking in the Valle Grande, and excellent golfing — two courses are within 10-15 minutes and seven more are less than an hour away. From Arona and Stresa, the train to Milan takes about an hour.

The small town of Lesa, with shops and restaurants, is three kilometers downhill (less than 2 miles, about a five-minute drive). There are beaches in Lesa and a sports center, with swimming pool, tennis court and other sports facilities.
