Extras
Utility deposit of €250/wk is due upon arrival for heat. Heat is €50/day in mid season and €70/day in low season. Final cleaning is €200. Additional services are available upon request at an extra fee: baby bed €100; extra bed linens €15/set; extra bath linens €10/set; maid service €11/hr. Mooring at the buoy in front of the villa is available upon request and approval of owner at €200/wk.

Deposit
$1,250 payable by check to Doorways and refunded a month after your stay; €300 due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.

Pool opening dates: May 5 - Sep 28.
Parking on the property: max 2 sedan cars or 1 small van. It is not possible to park any kind of trailer on the property.
