This independent house is located on the same property as Casa Luisa. It was once the house of the caretaker and is located just inside the entrance to the estate. The Dependence has its own parking area. The interior is very comfortable, with access to its own garden and a nice terrace (3 x 5 meters) with a view over part of the garden and Lake Maggiore. The Dependence has its own pool. A public beach is within walking distance. Guests have access to a small part of the garden (about 300 square meters). .

Laveno is a small tourist town with shopping and restaurants. From here, you can take a ferry across the lake (Stresa, Pallanza, etc.) and to the Borromeo Islands. It is also possible to reach Milan by train in less than an hour. All sorts of water sports are available, as well as cycling, horseback riding and golf.
