This independent house is located on the same property as Casa Luisa. It was once the house of the caretaker and is located just inside the entrance to the estate. The Dependence has its own entrance to the property and has been recently renovated. The interior is very comfortable, with access to the garden and a nice terrace (3 x 5 meters) that has a view over part of the garden and Lake Maggiore. A public beach is within walking distance. Guests have access to only a small part of the garden (about 300 square meters).

On the same property is the main villa, Casa Luisa, with a private pool, large park, and private beach. Guests renting the Dependence are not permitted to use these facilities unless the two properties are rented together.

Laveno is a small tourist town with shopping and restaurants. From here, you can take a ferry across the lake (Stresa, Pallanza, etc.) and to the Borromeo Islands. It is also possible to reach Milan by train in less than an hour. All sorts of water sports are available, as well as cycling, horseback riding and golf.
