Villa Laveno is charming and private, the perfect place for a family to settle in and enjoy a memorable vacation on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore. The villa has direct access to the lake via its private beach, and has beautiful open views over the lake and the islands, framed by snow-capped mountains.

The house is located below the lake road, so the location is very quiet. You will find a grocery store, a bar and a restaurant within walking distance, and a supermarket, banks and post office are just seven kilometers away in the village of Laveno. From there, you can catch a ferry to the western side of the lake (Stresa, Pallanza, etc.) or to the famous Borromeo Islands.  Arona (30 km), Lake Orta (58 km), Milan (75 km), Lugano (45 km), Varese (25 km) and Como (85 km) are within easy daytrip distance; facilities for golf, sailing and tennis are available nearby.

Villa Laveno (300 sq. m.) was designed by a renowned contemporary architect. Spacious and well-furnished, the house is child-friendly inside and out. From the entrance, nine steps lead down to a large, airy living room with a fireplace, satellite TV and comfortable seating. The dining area has a table for 10, with large panoramic French doors opening onto a beautiful private terrace furnished for dining al fresco or relaxing and enjoying the sunset and the beautiful view. The kitchen is well-equipped for family meals, with a dishwasher and microwave. A storage room is located behind the kitchen, and a half bathroom is also located on this level.

Upper Floor left side (18 steps):

• 1 double bedroom
• 1 twin bedroom
• 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds
• 2 bathrooms with tub and handheld shower

All of the bedrooms have a beautiful lake view.

Upper floor right side (12 narrow steps):

• 1 small twin bedroom
• 1 bathroom with shower

Because the house is built on different levels, there are several steps. For this reason, Villa Laveno is not suitable for guests with walking difficultues.

We think the house is ideal for 2-3 couples or for two families with children. Please note that a maximum of four children will be accepted at Villa Laveno.
