Final cleaning is €80. Heat is metered with a €5 minimum per unit. Heat deposit of €200 due upon arrival. Roll out beds in top floor bedroom: €150/wk. Crib is available for €100/wk. Telephone is metered. ADSL Internet connection is €40/wk. Tennis court rentals upon request (€15 /hr; €20/hr evenings). Extra set of bath towels €6. Extra set of bed linens: €10. Extra maid service: €15/hr. Additional services (cooking lessons, chef services, cleaning, grocery shopping, babysitting) available on request.
Security
Deposit
$1,200 payable by check to Doorways and refunded a month after your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.; €300 due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay.

Upon request and approval of the owner, a late arrival is possible between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm for an extra fee of €50.
