Once the most elegant residential district of Paris, the 7th arrondissement is home of the Eiffel Tower and is host to many foreign embassies. Just a stone’s throw from the Musée d’Orsay and Musée Rodin, this neighborhood of tree-lined boulevards has a feeling of tranquility and open space. A three-minute walk brings you to the Rue Cler open market, and a five-minute walk leads to the Eiffel Tower and the lovely Champs de Mars, lined with restaurants and shops. A few steps away is the famous shopping street, Rue St Dominique. The closest metro stations are La Tour Maubourg, Ecole Militaire and Alma Marceau.

Appartement Pascal is a real gem, with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment was completely renovated in 2006, with new bathrooms, new kitchen, and new furnishings. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an upscale 18th-century building and faces a peaceful courtyard with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Because the apartment gets sun throughout the day, it is filled with light. Although it is located quite close to the Rue Cler market street, with butchers, bakeries, fruit stores, and great restaurants, the apartment is very quiet.

Appartement Pascal maintains its original character with wood floors and beams, but has been completely modernized. The living room has two sofas, one of which is a sofabed that can sleep two additional guests. A dining table seats six, and there is a flat-screen TV with many cable channels as well as a DVD player and stereo. There is a separate kitchen with a small eating area as well as a dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer. The apartment has two bedrooms. One has a king-sized bed, a desk with a PC that is connected to the internet, and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has joinable twin beds and is next to a second bathroom.

Appartement Pascal offers unique features such as a telephone line with unlimited calls to the U.S., a PC with a DSL line, and air conditioning in all the rooms. This is a non-smoking property.
