Cross the Seine onto the Ile de la Cité to visit Notre Dame. Most of the major attractions of Paris are within walking distance.
This magnificent four story townhouse (with an elevator) is located in the heart of the lively Marais neighborhood. Spacious and elegant, it even has a swimming pool on the lower level. A lovely garden complete with plants and statues has comfortable furniture for relaxing, and a glass-enclosed veranda serves as a summer dining room. The closest metro stops are St. Paul and Bastille.
The expansive U-shaped layout allows for maximum sunlight throughout the day, and nearly every room overlooks the garden. Furnishings are beautiful yet comfortable. La Fantasie is ideal for relaxing with family or friends after a day exploring the wonders of Paris.
On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a spacious living room with large French doors that open onto the garden. The dining room has a fireplace and French doors that open into a glass-covered veranda that overlooks the garden for al fresco dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, a smoking room, a second small living room and a guest bathroom on this level. Stairs lead from the pantry to the lower level.
A laundry room and half bath are located downstairs, as well as a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (tub). A small staircase leads further down to the swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m.). The main spiral staircase leads back upstairs to the ground floor, or you can use the elevator.
