Once the most elegant residential district of Paris, the 7th arrondissement is home of the Eiffel Tower and is host to many foreign embassies. Just a stone’s throw from the Musée d’Orsay and Musée Rodin, this neighborhood of tree-lined boulevards has a feeling of tranquility and open space. L'Esplanade is located on the fifth floor of a magnificent building with elevator. This 750 square-foot apartment overlooks the monuments of Paris, with a breathtaking view of the Invalides from many of its windows. From here, it’s just a five-minute walk to the famous Rue Cler Market, lined with butchers, bakeries, fruit stores and great restaurants. The Eiffel Tower (10 min.), Trocadéro and Champs Elysees are within walking distance. Whether you walk or take the metro (Latour Maubourg station, in front of the building), the main attractions of Paris are within easy reach. This stylish apartment was completely renovated in 2007 to a high level of design, comfort and convenience. Floors are marble and wood; bathrooms are marble. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with two twin beds. The master bedroom has an en suite all-marble bathroom with Jaccuzi tub. The second bathroom, just off the entrance hall, has a large shower and sink. There is one toilet, separate from the bathrooms, off the hall as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and full oven. There is also a clothes washer and a dryer.
