This elegant apartment in the prestigious 7th arrondissement boasts an unbeatable location with views that will make you swoon — including a full-on view of the Eiffel Tower (less distance than a football field away) from the south terrace. It also has wonderful views of the Invalides, the Pantheon, plus Sacré Coeur, the American Cathedral, the Palais de Tokyo, a spectacular views across the rooftops of Paris in every direction. No matter where you are in the apartment, the view is sensational!

Truly an exceptional property, Delphine has been outfitted with the finest materials, including hardwood floors throughout, a bathroom of Carrera marble, bamboo flooring on the large terraces, silk draperies, a satin baroque bedspread in one room and French toille in the other. Furnishings are a careful mix of antiques, new pieces and reproductions, married harmoniously with taste and comfort in mind.

The apartment is located on the 10th floor of a building with elevator, high above everything else so the views are unobstructed and outstanding, day and night. Since there are two terraces, you can choose between sun and shade throughout the day. The terraces are furnished with table and chairs so you can enjoy meals or a glass of wine while gazing at the Eiffel Tower (the view is of the entire tower, not just the top), which looks almost close enough to touch.

• 1 bathroom entirely of Carrera marble (like a 5-star hotel bathroom). Glass door panel hydraulically lifts and swivels out of the way.

Amentities: telephone with free calling to the US, wireless high speed Internet access. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, but there are also ceiling fans to take advantage of the breeze from the terraces.

Although it can technically sleep five, this apartment is more comfortable for two adults and two children.
