This lovely house is located on a small, child-friendly beach with several beach club activities, including tennis courts, close at hand. The property has spectacular sea views and is very private, separated from the outside world by security gates and a high hedge of laurel. There is parking for two cars in front, and in the back of the house, facing the sea, is a small, pretty garden full of colorful bougainvillea, a heated and alarmed swimming pool (36' x 13') and direct beach access. Two large covered terraces provide outdoor space for living and dining; one has a dining table, chairs and comfortable outdoor furniture, and the other has a wonderful tent-like area for relaxing. Furnishings are tasteful and stylish, color are creamy and subtle, and the house is airy and spacious, taking advantage of the cooling breeze from the sea just 55 yards away.
