Las Cerezas is located in a new, ten-unit condominium complex across the beach from Playa Langosta. The architecture is Moorish Mediterranean style, with arches and balconies, and a great banyan tree spreads out over the pool and garden. Tropical landscaping, an interesting geometric swimming pool with Jacuzzi jets that runs the length of the complex, and a shared rooftop terrace (with elevator access) for spectacular sunset views make this a great place to enjoy beach living with all the comforts of home. Located on the ground floor, Las Cerezas has easy access to the pool and beach. The interior has been carefully furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind, with handcrafted floor tiles, ceilings fans, and tropical hardwood doors and cabinetry. A sofabed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, and the custom-designed kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line American appliances, granite countertops, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker and microwave. Just across the street is a beautiful Pacific beach, accessed through a wooded park. .
