Called "the most photographed villa in the Caribbean," the Main House offers up to 10 lucky guests the ultimate in luxury and sophistication. The house has been carefully designed to take advantage of every view, with 360-degree panoramas, dramatic cliffs and tropical gardens — all on an eight-acre private peninsula. The house welcomes you with an open, airy feeling and has five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom; four have king-sized beds and one has a queen bed. The top garden level features patios, courtyards, indoor and alfresco dining areas, a gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, and the air-conditioned Hibiscus Suite. The raised living area has large overstuffed couches, a flat screen TV and stereo. One level down is the very secluded Gardenia Suite with a king bed, enclosed shower overlooking the Drake Channel and a private sunbathing deck where you can relax to the soothing sound of the surf. Just below, at sea level, are the Orchid and Palm Suites (one has a king bed; the other has a queen), flanked by private stone terraces and balconies to catch the cool sea breeze. Spiral stairs lead to two private docks and a private beach cove. A the highest point on the estate is the newly constructed Frangipani Suite. A lovers’ delight, it affords breathtaking views and is set at a discreet distance from the main house, with king-sized bed, private bath with outdoor shower and a fantastic view of the point. Fine art and original sculpture adorn this property inside and out. Enjoy waterfront dining, spectacular sunsets, a fresh-water pool overlooking the sea, a private boat dock and some of the best snorkeling in the B.V.I. The staff is courteous and discreet, providing daily maid service and exceptional amenities. Chef services are available at an additional cost. Although a boat does not come with the villa, boat charters and rentals of any kind (with or without captain) can easily be ordered for you. Amenities include satellite TV, stereo and DVD player with CD/movie collection, iPod deck, computer with high-speed Internet access, telephone/fax, answering machine, safe, gas grill, icemaker, wine cabinet, massage table (masseuse available), laundry facilities. Timber stairways connect the main living area with the bedroom accommodations, which are situated on a cliff that ranges from 20-100 above the sea. Patios are built on rocky outcroppings. The villa is astonishing and beautiful, but we do not recommend this property if you suffer from vertigo or have young children. |
