dishes you prepare are savored at the end of the class with selected fine wines.
It is possible to attend class between 1 and 4 p.m. and morning classes
from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., as well as an evening session starting at 6 p.m.
During these evening sessions, participants start at 6 p.m. and prepare a complete
